Introduction to the teamMembers of our Transaction Services group will work alongside private equity firms, strategic clients and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence as well as other M&A activities. Members will routinely work directly with c-suite executives to perform financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries. Responsibilities:Engagement management with clients includes routinely working directly with c-suite executives to perform financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industriesWork alongside private equity firms, strategic clients and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence as well as other M&A activitiesResponsible for all aspects of deal execution including sourcing and managing client relationships, analysis and execution of client deliverables and coaching and managing other team membersCoordinate services as needed with other practice areas of the firmBuild relationships with existing clients, including involvement in networking and business development activitiesProvide both leadership and supervision to Staff, Seniors and Managers Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting or related field requiredMinimum of 7 years of related experience requiredPrevious experience in a public accounting firm preferredCPA preferred. If not a CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in state of employmentProven experience leading transaction services or Assurance/External Audit engagement teams at a large national professional services firm preferredProven market facing skills required to develop new business and sustain existing excellent client relationshipsMinimum of 4 years of supervisory and training experienceProven experience managing multiple client engagementsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, presentation and marketing skills requiredMust be willing and able to travel to client locations up to 50%Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills Here, you'll be challenged and rewarded for leadership, technical excellence, and inspired perspectives. This is the typical range of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on experience, skillset, and location. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
