As a result, our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to work with our Seattle team and key clients on a wide porfolio of construction projects including commercial real estate and/or data centers.Responsibilities:Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.

Act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.Develop a detailed understanding of the market, acting as a brand ambassador and creating a pipeline of opportunity.Take responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients.

Support our existing key client relationships.Lead proposals for new work.Lead a cost management team, ensuring that they deliver to the highest quality for the benefit of our clients.

Be responsible for the financial management of commissions.Set a clear strategy and ambition for the team.Identify, coach and mentor talent to realize their potential and celebrate the success of others.

Grow and develop exceptional people.Display excellence in leadership and service delivery.Be a role model that drives a one business culture that achieves great outcomes by striking the right balance for our people, clients, stakeholders, and society.

QualificationsConsultancy experience working in a construction cost management rolegraduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering.RICS or equivalent accredited is desirable.

Experience of leading cost management deliverables on large construction projects of high complexity.Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, contract law, innovation, procurement routes, value management and value engineering.The ideal candidate should have conceptual estimating experience.

Additional InformationThe salary range for this full-time role is $125K-$175 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
