Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for performing Project Control activities and/or supervising the overall Project Controls effort for a project. This role serves as Control Team Leader on medium-sized projects or as a Subject Manager Expert (SME) for the entire Project Controls Team in the Regional Office.

This role may serve as lead cost, lead planner/scheduler, lead progress, or lead change management on large-sized projects. Managing the overall integrity of the Project Budget and Forecast in accordance with the approved Baseline Developing and maintaining detailed technical quantity-based performance metrics Leading Change Management Meeting to identify change and risk exposure Manage the project schedules including critical path activities and review schedule float for schedule slippages Ability to analyze cost and schedule performance and document variances utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) principles. Manage the implementation of corrective actions based on EVMS metrics and variance analysis.

Oversight of the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract. Responsible for the Profit and Margin Analysis reporting. Maintain the established project cost/schedule program and prepares schedule/cost status reports Work with CAM to obtain data on field progress and review invoices of contractors to provide independent judgment for progress reporting and payment, and accrual determinationNotice to Candidates:Background checks are carried out as part of any conditional offer made, including (but not limited to & role dependant) education, professional registration, employment, references, passport verifications and Global Watchlist screening.

To be Considered Candidates:Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.Basic Job Requirements Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective mannerOther Job RequirementsDue to Client Requirements, Candidates MUST be a US Citizen and DO NOT HOLD dual CitizenshipProject Assignment location is Richland, WAPreferred Qualifications Willingness to travel on assignment. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and prioritize work activities so tasks can be accomplished within identified period while taking into account impacts of decisions.

Demonstrated ability to act independently to review, validate, and document project controls-related data for internal and external use. Experience as a Lead Cost or Planner for a large-sized project or a Control Team Lead/Control Team Manager (CTL/CTM) for a medium-sized project EIA-748 Compliant Earned Value Management Systems experience preferred. Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (P6, Cobra or equivalent systems). Experience with PowerBI.
