In this role, you will identify, design, develop, and improve Test processes, Test Equipment, Test Software and Test analysis tools as part of a highly engaged and integrated engineering team. You will be a lead technical focal point across the site and the broader Honeywell Aerospace advanced manufacturing engineering team creating solutions that meet the dynamic needs of our products.

By collaborating with internal customers and broader engineering teams, you will influence test performance, yield, and schedule execution. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree Engineering or Computer Science15 years of experience in Engineering Test Services or similar Test Hardware/Software development and support roleWE VALUEMaster's Degree or advanced professional certificationExtensive relevant experience in electronic automated testExpert knowledge of Olathe manufacturing test platforms and associated test software (Delta, LabView, LabWindows/CVI & Python)Knowledge of Redmond manufacturing test platforms and associated test softwareDemonstrated experience with Avionics & RF test (ARINC429, 485, 1553, and DO-160)Demonstrated experience with test software analytics and decompositionDemonstrated experience with statistical methods for problem assessment and resolutionIndividuals who are self-motivatedAbility to consistently demonstrate business impact and continuous drive for improvementAbility to influence peers and cross-functional teams to deliver optimal outcomesAbility to consistently make timely decisions in an ambiguous environmentCompensation & Benefits:Incentive Eligible Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000For benefits information please visit https://benefits.honeywell.com/.
